It's been over a week now of shutdown and isolation. I'm sending you lots of love and inspiration to get those jobs done that have been wanting your attention but you haven't had the time or inclination.
Calling out to all you artisans, home decorators and undiscovered creative genius! You will be delighted and amazed how easy it is to transform just about anything with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint! If you haven't painted with this chalk paint yet, you can learn all the tricks and techniques to create a variety of vintage finishes. Annie has lots of videos on her website to show you just how easy it is to give your space a lift and I will be creating videos on techniques - so if you would like anything explained or demonstrated, let me know! (More on that in the next newsletter.)
Enjoy the beautiful drive to Tyalgum Village (give yourself a treat whilst remembering your health protocols) and pick up some colours to start your makeover. I'm offering curbside pickup so that you can make a day of it and stay safe. All tins and items will be cleaned down with sanitiser and put in a box for safe and easy transport. (Otherwise order through the website and I'll post out.)
 All you need is furniture to paint. Perhaps a chair, a side table, a decorative picture frame, some drawers, even a suitcase... the possibilities and surfaces you can paint are endless! 
No need to pre-sand, prime, or wear yourself out - just start! 

At the same time, our wonderful little boutique cafe, Flutterbies Cottage Cafe,  is offering an amazing takeaway menu so lunch or snacks are definitely an option while you're here. The food and drinks are amazing, as usual, and are served from a window at the front of the shop.
