...there are the pack of three sanding pads for $11.50 with one pad of each grade - fine, medium and coarse. The fine pad can be used for light distressing or flat finishes, and for a delicate worn effect you can use the medium grade pad. If you prefer a rustic heavily distressed look the coarse pad will help make stunning results easy to achieve. They have been carefully chosen by Annie as they are washable, flexible, durable, reusable and a pleasure to use.
...there is also an abundance of small waxes (all 4 colours) and sample colour pots for $22 - perfect for starting someone off on their own painting project - gilding waxes for $14. Also, the paint special is still on until December 31st - buy 4 large cans get one free!
The new colour charts have also arrived so make sure you drop in and pick one up - 3 new colours! There is also a few copies left of the Colourist - Annie's new 'bookazine' perfect for Christmas reading, only $20.
The other exciting thing to tell you is that I have finally convinced the queen-of-everything-Iron-Orchid-Design to do 4 workshops for us next year!! Jackie Hoffman, a local lady, has been using Annie Sloan Chalk Paint on her home to create a French chateau look and also uses the Iron Orchid Design moulds, stamps and transfers to decorate walls, ceilings and even their truck! Truly stunning designs. People all over the world follow Jackie's Instagram and Facebook page and has been recognised by Annie Sloan and Iron Orchid Design as being extremely gifted. Soooo, if you are interested in learning from her, we are having our first workshop on Saturday, 19th January. We haven't costed anything yet so we will post the details in the new year, but we just wanted to get you excited enough to put that day aside to come along and enjoy learning some fab techniques from one who is such a talent. Yay!
