It's time to play with the new waxes at Somewhere in the Sunshine

If you didn't get our last email, our next chalk paint workshop is on Saturday, March 4th. The three new colours are now in stock - Honfleur, Giverny and Amsterdam Green. We also have the black and white waxes to show you. These are all available for you to use on the day.

The new gilding waxes are fabulous! There are 5 types; Warm Gold, Bright Gold, Dark Silver, Bright Silver and Copper. We will be demonstrating how to use them and you can purchase them on the day if you wish to use them on your piece. Any stock you purchase on the day will be discounted by 10%, so it's a good time to get started on your next painting project.

Bring along a chair or basket or picture frame or whatever you have and learn some great techniques of painting with chalk paint. We will be enjoying the delights from our local Bakehouse for morning tea.

It's $120 for the workshop and we start at 9am so that we can get to the Garden for the Heart Collectors concert at 1.30pm! There's a bus leaving Flutterbies to take us there (not too far away) and it's $15 to attend. An afternoon of happy, heartwarming music - an event not to be missed!
