Sea Shells

Sea Shells make any seaside theme look amazing!Create a fun cupboard for a child’s room or decorate your bathroom with these brilliant airdry clay shells. So easy! If you haven’t tried the IOD Airdry Clay, we have plenty in stock. Dust your Sea Shells mould with cornflour to start – very important. This makes turning your shells out so much easier. Either glue straight to the furniture or let them sit a little before handling. As they dry, they are easier to handle. But don’t leave them too long as they are harder to glue and get an even line once they have dried completely. (I leave mine to sit for about 5 minutes.) You can also use resin – it gives a sharper resolution but you can’t glue it until it is completely set.(You don’t need cornflour if you use resin)
